Vivitsa 2025, hosted by ANVESHAN – Centre of Excellence at IIM Indore, was a national sustainability challenge held on February 1–2, 2025, bringing together over 3,000 students from leading Indian institutions, including IITs, IIMs, NLUs, and IIITs. The event served as a dynamic platform for students to design real-world solutions in areas such as Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), waste management, and climate resilience, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and India’s Swachh Bharat Mission 2.0.
Vivitsa featured six major competitions, including a business plan challenge, crisis simulations, data analytics for air quality, and creative campaigns on behavioural change. Participants also engaged in cultural outreach through street plays, flash mobs, and a sustainability quiz.
The event fostered cross-disciplinary collaboration among students in management, law, engineering, and design, resulting in innovative, scalable solutions. With a ₹3,00,000+ prize pool, Vivitsa celebrated ideas with genuine potential for impact.
By blending innovation, advocacy, and action, Vivitsa 2025 reaffirmed ANVESHAN’s mission to inspire future sustainability leaders and serve as a catalyst for transformative, community-driven change.
